| Take Action Building the movement for better transit in Michigan happens one person, or one passenger, at a time. To get involved, join a local citizens group, or start one if necessary. Link your group to the Institute's statewide Coalition. And speak with your local officials and state lawmakers about your vision for better mobility in Michigan. To promote world-class transit in southeast Michigan, call Janice Joseph, MOSES, 313-838-3190; or Karen Kendrick-Hands, Transportation Riders United, 313-885-7588.
